General Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Declaration Information for consumers in distance sales contracts as well as information in contracts in electronic commerce.

1 General

1.1 These general terms and conditions are aimed at our customers, the consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can neither be assigned to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

1.2. These general terms and conditions apply to all articles that are offered for dispatch to consumers by Russian 4x4 on the website www.russian4x4.de (hereinafter: online shop). Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only effective if we acknowledge them in writing. General terms and conditions of the customer do not apply.

1.2 References to the validity of statutory provisions are only for clarification purposes. Even without such a clarification, the statutory provisions apply, insofar as these are not changed by our general terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of a contract

2. 1 Orders in our online shop are only possible via the Internet. Our offers are non-committal and non-binding.

2.2 The order of the articles by the customer is considered a binding contract offer, unless otherwise stated in the order or other agreements. The customer first receives a non-binding order confirmation from us.

A sales contract for the item (s) ordered is only concluded when we have confirmed the order in writing after checking our inventory by electronic means (shipping confirmation). In the event of spelling and calculation errors on the website, Russian4x4, Tatjana Imran is entitled to withdraw from the contract without the customer having any claims. In the event that the goods are not available, Russian4x4, Tatjana Imran, reserves the right not to provide the promised service.

2.3 Drawings, images, dimensions, weights or other performance data in our online shop are not binding, if this is expressly mentioned, for example by the designation "symbol photo".

3. Price, payment

3.1 The prices stated in our online shop on the day of the order are decisive. Price information to be accurate. Should our website nevertheless show an obvious error, such as typing or calculation errors, we grant the customer an immediate right of withdrawal, but this does not affect the customer's basic right of withdrawal.

3.2. The stated product prices are final prices, include the statutory value added tax (currently 19%) and are shown in EURO. 3.3. The prices quoted do not include shipping and packaging costs. These are shown separately in the offer and are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

3.4. The seller only recognizes the payment methods shown on the respective offer page. If no payment methods are displayed, the purchase price plus the shipping and packaging costs shown separately must be paid by bank transfer (advance payment). 3.5 The customer has the choice between the following payment methods:
• Prepayment by bank transfer
• Cash on delivery, we charge 6.3 euros extra for cash on delivery shipments.
Payment of the purchase price plus the separately shown shipping and Packaging costs are due when the order is confirmed by Russian 4x4.
The customer only has the right to offset if his counterclaims are undisputed or have been legally established.
4. Delivery and transfer of risk

4.1. Delivery takes place at the shipping and packaging costs shown on the respective offer page. You will receive details on delivery costs and times as part of the specific product presentation during the ordering process and / or under "Shipping and packaging costs".

4.2. For deliveries outside of Germany, customs duties, customs fees and import sales taxes may be due. The customer has to bear these costs. The customer releases the seller from any claims regarding these costs. The customer is responsible for the correct customs clearance of the goods and the resulting costs.

4.3. If the goods are not collected by the seller, the purchased / auctioned products will be carefully packed and delivered to the customer. The delivery takes place exclusively to the delivery address stored on the internet platform.

4.4. Delivery takes place within the expressly agreed delivery time or specified on the offer page. No delivery times are expressly agreed
