Inner sleeve / dust cover for CV inner Joint made of POLYURETHANE + 2 clamps Lada Niva 2121, 21213, 21214, 21215 all models
Part number: 2121-2215068
Made of polyurethane- especially resistant material.
Unfortunately, at Lada Niva, the rubber parts of the suspension quickly become porous and, according to our customers' reports, last only 1-2 years. This manufacturer produces the kit of very resistant polyurethane. With this kit you can forget the frequent change of rubbers for a long time.
POLYURETHANE is a very resistant and durable heavy duty material.
Installation instructions for parts made of polyurethane:
When installing new polyurethane parts on cardan shafts, ball joints and other metal parts, the metal parts must be cleaned from rust and rubber residues. Uneven surfaces and sharp edges at the mounting points should be reduced. Damaged and deformed cardan shafts or ball jonts should be replaced by new ones.
Before installing the polyurethane parts, the contact points with the cardan shafts, ball joints and other metal parts should be treated with lithium grease.
Tighten the spring elements only in "loaded" condition (the wheels of the vehicle must not be hung).
Polyurethane parts should not come in contact with acetone or acidic fluids.
