Temperature sensor for the engine temperature Lada Niva with engines 1700ccm (21213, 21214) ATTENTION: 2 pins / contacts

Our experience with this temperature sensor: If your Niva displays a temperature error, it is often difficult to determine which temperature switch it is, because there are 2 temperature switches installed in your Niva. A temperature switch sits on the cylinder head on the engine in a manifold. You can see this in the picture. The other temperature switch sits right in the cylinder head on the engine and can be found in our shop with the item nomber 815. These 2 temperature switches are responsible for the temperature in the large water circle in the Niva 1700. If you can not determine exactly which of the two temperature sensors is defective, we recommend you to replace the both of them, items 809 and 815. Sometimes, you will need to change the thermostat in addition to eliminate the error.
